About this policy
This website is run by John Xenos, wedding photographer, Athens, Greece. This policy explains what the site collects, why, and the choices you have. For any request about your data, use the contact page or message me on WhatsApp.
What I collect
When you send an inquiry: your names, email address, wedding date and location, your planner if you mention one, how you found me, and your message. Nothing more — no accounts, no profiles.
How it is used
Inquiries are used to reply to you and to prepare a proposal for your wedding. Your details are never sold and never used for third-party marketing.
Legal bases
Replying to inquiries and preparing proposals: steps before a contract. The marketing cookie: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Basic records of past inquiries: legitimate interest in running the business.
Service providers
Web3Forms delivers the contact form to my inbox. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) measures advertising — only if you accept the cookie below. Cloudflare hosts the site. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google. Each provider processes data under its own GDPR commitments.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the EU, mainly in the United States, under the EU's approved safeguards — the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
The site works without cookies. One optional marketing cookie — the Meta Pixel — measures how visitors find the site. It loads only after you accept it, and you can change your choice at any time:
Retention
Inquiries are kept while a wedding is under discussion, and for up to two years after the last exchange.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time — one message is enough. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
